Order Confirmation and Delivery After placing an order, our support team may contact you via phone call or SMS/WhatsApp to verify your details. Standard shipping charges apply based on delivery zones: Inside Dhaka, Dhaka Sub-Urban, and Outside Dhaka. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka, subject to courier operations and external circumstances. 3. Package Inspection and Acceptance Customers must inspect the parcel for correct items and physical condition in front of the delivery agent upon receiving Cash on Delivery (COD). Once the parcel is accepted and the delivery person leaves, claims regarding missing items or visible physical damages cannot be entertained. 4. Authenticity Guarantee We guarantee 100% authenticity on all products offered. If any item received from our store is objectively proven counterfeit, we will issue a full 100% refund in accordance with our return guidelines. 5.
